"Absolutely horrible customer service. Send people unannounced in casual clothes, unmarked vehicle, to walk around my property taking pictures. When I called and asked about it, I got no answers. Asked for a call back from their manager when they have the answers. No call back. I call 2 days later, I got attitude and defending answers. Results of the survey came in, and I needed to address some things. They couldn't tell me where or what exactly the problem was. Couldn't give me pictures or the report. Until, I mentioned it's federal law under the FACT ACT. Then I had the report in my inbox within 5 minutes. Jump forward a few weeks, and I get a letter in the mail stating my policy coverage is being reduced UPON MY REQUEST (dated the same date that I had to argue to get a copy of the report). Out of retaliation, she changed my policy coverage to be less than the rebuild cost of my home. Putting me at higher risk. But, yet, the reason they sent surveyors unannounced was to help keep me safe and properly insured. Ask yourself if that's the kind of business you want to choose and make your own decision"
